2. Website Access and Hosting

Our website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed, in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the file requested, and information about the browser and operating system. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, identify errors and prevent attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional operation of the website.

STRATO processes the data as our hosting service provider. According to STRATO, visitor IP addresses are stored for no more than seven days to detect and prevent attacks. Technical access logs may also be made available in anonymised form for website operation and error analysis.

3. Contact by Email or Telephone

If you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your message to respond to your enquiry and continue the communication. The mailbox office@nexussports.de is operated by STRATO. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling other enquiries).

We delete enquiries once they are no longer needed for processing. Statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for longer storage, such as the assertion or defence of claims, remain unaffected.

Email transmission may also take place via the technical systems of the sender and the email service providers involved.

4. Cookies, Media and External Services

The website itself does not set analytics or marketing cookies. We do not use a contact form, web analytics, advertising trackers, or externally loaded fonts, maps or social media embeds. Images and the licensed stadium video are served from our own webspace.

STRATO may use session cookies that are necessary for technical operation; these are not used to create user profiles and are deleted when the session ends.

5. Your Rights

Subject to the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right of access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

6. Provision of Data and Automated Decision-Making

Technical access data is required to deliver the website. Contacting us by email or telephone is voluntary; without the necessary contact details, we cannot respond to your enquiry. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place through this website.
